How far in advance should I book?
At least one week before your shoot or event is recommended. More notice is always better for larger events, live broadcasts, and projects that need planning.
Do you travel?
Yes. Braca Media primarily serves Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, but travel is available. The farther the project is from Cincinnati, the more travel may affect the quote.
Do you offer same-day edits?
Yes, same-day edits are available for an additional fee depending on the project, schedule, and final deliverables.
Can you livestream to YouTube?
Yes. YouTube is Braca Media's main livestreaming platform, and other platforms can be discussed based on the event needs.
Do you cover weddings or private events?
Yes. Braca Media covers weddings, ceremonies, private events, community events, and business events.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than one week before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within one week are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refundable.
How much do your services cost?
Every event is different. Contact Braca Media for a custom quote based on your date, location, coverage needs, timeline, and final deliverables.
How soon will I receive my video?
Delivery times vary by project, but most videos are delivered within 7-14 days.
What areas do you serve?
Braca Media primarily serves the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area, with travel available for projects outside the area.
